Let’s get this week’s Muffin Top Magic started. (note the name change as every one thought they had to post and link up on Mondays so changed it) I share my weight loss journey and encourage you to do the same. We can learn from and support each other.

1. How was my weight loss journey this week?
I got back to healthy eating on the Tuesday and that remained the case until the weekend when I allowed myself treats. You have heard of the 5 2 diet. Well most weeks mine is a 2 5 diet and that suits me fine.
2. How much had I hoped to lose?
I had hoped for a 1-2 pounds loss. I lost 2 pounds.
3. What have I enjoyed eating this week?
I still love trying different fish. I also enjoyed a lunch with my teenage son where I had my old favourite pork belly with mash and roasted vegetables. Inevitably I could not manage it all.
4. Have I eaten anything unhealthy this week?
I had a Chinese takeaway. I had the pork belly but boy was it worth it!
5. How are you feeling about losing weight?
Thrilled to have surged through the 3 stone lost milestone.
5. Do you have a top tip to share with us?
When the journey ahead seems a long one, track where you will be on key dates like events and really visualize how you will feel to be that much slimmer by then.
