We are big fans of Thorntons in this family. Partly because you can always rely on good quality chocolate in a range of prices for every occasion. Also because my Mum’s maiden name was Thornton. Daft I know.
You can always rely on Thorton for a diverse range of mouth-watering treats to suit all budgets.
At Easter, you can get your eggs personalised for free adding that very special touch to Easter gifts.
Thorntons sent my family a few goodies to review. How can I put it? They went down very well indeed.
My son enjoyed the football-themed egg being a sports-mad lad. My daughter preferred the Easter Egg Hunt kit. We do Easter Egg Hunts every year and they are a guarantee of good family fun. This kit had large and small eggs all covered in shiny and colourful foil, attractive baskets and more.
I think the prices for Thorntons are reasonable for treats that look and taste good. Even as a little girl, I remember how whatever money you had, there was something for to suit your budget. An example this year is the Larry Lamb lollipop for just 75 pence. As you can see from the picture, it put a big smile on my son’s face.
Thorntons have Easter goodies appropriate for all age groups. They also have products suitable for people with diabetes.
New to Thorntons this year is the Great British Puds range of Easter eggs. Inspired by the nation’s favourite desserts, Britain’s best-loved chocolatier has created these beautiful eggs, which are packed with real pieces of fruit that give the authentic flavour and texture of these famous British desserts. Spoil someone rotten this Easter and choose from the mouth-watering Lemon Meringue Pie Egg, Eton Mess Egg or Banoffee Pie Egg, RRP£14.99.
Easter just wouldn’t be complete without the Easter bunny, so Thorntons’ Bramble Bunny will be sure to put a smile on the kids faces this year. New for 2012 is the Bramble Bunny white chocolate egg (RRP £3.50), Bramble milk chocolate lolly (RRP 75p) and cute, bitesize Bramble (RRP 75p) – he is so chocolicious you’ll want to nibble his ears!
Don’t forget bouncing Bramble’s friends, with Benji Bunny, lovely Lenny Lamb and cute Charlie Chick – they’re almost too good to eat. And with prices range from 75p to £6.50, you’re sure to find something to suit everyone – and every budget.
