Blogging to Jogging is back after a short break due to life taking some unexpected and positive turns in the last few weeks. Apologies to those who have missed it and welcome to newbies!
As an emotional eater, positive stress has led to me not keeping focussed on the weight loss journey but I know that sometimes we turn an interesting corner and then come back to the track. More vitally, I know that is OK.
My top tip this week is to check out game if you love meat. It tends to have less fat and cholesterol.
Spring is officially here so we can enjoy getting out and about for exercise more and need less comfort food for those bitterly cold days.
