What is your weight loss inspiration?
Does a friend, colleague or family member show you it can be done?
Are celebrities the people you look at when you imagine a whole new you?
Does seeing people succeed at slimming clubs help you or hinder you?
Are you a fan of inspirational images and quotations?
Is the greatest inspiration of all maintaining or working towards great health so we can be around longer for our children?
I am struggling at the moment. I would describe my eating as erratic. I am forgiving myself as I know beating myself up emotionally never helps. I am going to revisit my old posts, get back to listening regularly to my Slimpod and hope to be able to inspire others soon myself.
On the positive side, I am eating more fruit and fish. The sunshine is also tempting me to walk more and I had a long walk in the New Forest at the weekend.
