Weight loss success has evaded me for a few months if I am honest. I lost stones last year but moved house in August, perhaps enjoyed Christmas a little too much and just don’t seem to have got properly back on track for ages.
Weight loss success was mine this week. I saw the signs last week but this week can report a huge weight loss. I have lost all the weight I put on over the last 7 months in just two weeks. Which means I can start all over again from a very good place.
What has changed?
I am eating when I am hungry.
I am eating lots of fruit and vegetables.
I am allowing myself the foods I want when I want them so this week there was pizza and fish and chips but I found that I did not want all of them. My alcohol intake has also reduced
I am listening to my Slimpod again. Also my medication for mental health issues neatly removes my wish to comfort eat as I feel happier in myself.
I am getting out and about more and enjoying walking.
