Green smoothie recipe

Here is green smoothie recipe featuring an old favourite avocado and a new one kale.



• 1/2 an avocado

• Juice of 1/2 a lime

• 4 ice cubes

• A handful of kale

• 1 scoop flavoured protein powder


• Place ingredients in goblet

• Screw blade attachment lid onto the goblet

• Twist goblet onto base

• Power on and turn speed up to high for about 30 seconds until the ideal consistency is reached

This recipe works well in the Kenwood Sport2Go which we are experimenting with before writing up our review. We are having lots of healthy eating fun thanks to Kenwood.

    This one sounds really refreshing! We are massive smoothie fans and the have a similar type of smoothie maker to the one you are using here. Makes the whole thing easier and mess free – hurrah! I’d never thought to put avocado in a smoothie though! Sounds yummy.
