I hope you will join in with Blogging to Jogging, the weekly blog hop for folks who are starting their 2016 by tackling those extra pounds (or in my case stones!)
I was delighted to see 10 blog posts linked up to Blogging to Jogging last week all taking very individual approaches to success and sharing challenges too. We all have them and we are stronger together backing each other up on the days where we despair.

I have had a great start to 2016 healthy eating wise. However, I have also felt a bit wobbly emotionally as although I lost a lot of weight last year, I still have a very long way to go to where I want to be. So this week I need your encouraging words if possible too.
