You get a lot of lovely opportunities as a blogger. One of the most exciting ones is when you are offered the opportunity to review fashion items. I am told I have a quirky sense of style. I take this to mean that I know what I like and am not going to allow myself to be dictated to by what anyone else thinks looks good. Today, I am sharing my Yours clothing review with you. They’re a fantastic brand who understand the importance of making clothing that fits all bodies, whilst also staying on top of current trends

Black Faux Leather Jacket

The picture shows me on a day out at Whitby Abbey. I like to think I am rocking my favourite item from Yours Clothing. It’s such a wardrobe staple that I would have worn happily in any decade of my life. I can wear it guilt free as it is a vegan product. It has lovely silver detailing on the zip, pockets and collar. It is made that bit special with panel detailing. It gives a bit of edge without being over the top. It is so versatile for casual days out, evening dos and even workwear. As you can see, I often team it with vegan leather trousers and find that outfit helps me as I walk back to happiness after the turmoil of the last few years.

I should point out I am not a woman who thinks you have to dress for a specific age. I feel it is far more important for you to express yourself as the woman you are in your fashion choices and more generally in life. Does my bum look big in these trousers? Guess what! Whatever your answer, I do not care as I love the way I look. Long-term readers of my blog know that has taken me a while so I am celebrating now especially with my weight loss of over 3 stones in just 6 short months.

I have to admit I haven’t yet found the perfect occasion to wear these boots. I think they might be perfect for a soiree in my favourite French bar. They have the sort of style you need when visiting the Continent. They are certainly very chic and practical too with an extra wide fit.
