Learning about Europe in our home education journey
I found this wonderful wooden jigsaw of Europe in a charity shop. Learning about Europe always was important and as I update this post I am aware we have never needed to understand Europe more. You will read below how we started learning about Europe but now we have moved on and the children understand the Brexit arguments and have their own very strong views on the topic.
Really impressed with how quickly my son was able to complete it and with real confidence about where the various countries are located. It is a great tool for learning about Europe. I am now looking for ones for the other continents.
I always love any wooden learning resources.
I am sure we will be using this in many different ways.
Excuse the Christmas mess!
If you have any ideas or links to resources for teaching about places and their people for geography, please do let me know.
