    i used a vape to quit cigarettes and swear by it. I slowly lowered my nicotine levels to wean myself off and now just keep one around for those times when I need a binky. Not having any nicotine in the juice that I smoke makes it so that I don’t fall back into the habit like I would have with a cigarette
